Yoga has worked it’s magic on my life and now I’m here to share the magic with you! I have been practicing for 5 years and qualified as a teacher in 2016 with a 200hr Yoga Alliance certification. I see yoga as an amazing tool that brings you back to meet your true self. If you have air in your lungs then you can do Yoga! So what’s stopping you? Start your journey now! X

 

 



Classes

The main style that is taught is a mix between traditional Hatha and Vinyasa flow. We also practice Restorative Yoga and experiment with Expressive Movement. A general class lasts 75 minutes. It includes breath work and a guided Relaxation/Yoga Nidra.

Community not Competition

Yoga itself is a very individual journey but on a bigger scale, I feel it connects us all. There is no competition, only support and encouragement. There are great benefits when we come together to consciously move our bodies. I will be bringing my love of nature, the outdoors, creativity, fun, philosophy and arts, and combining them with Yoga to create an environment for us to connect and explore different paths.
