I’m Shauna and my journey with Yoga began when it found me 5 years ago in a land far far away (Melbourne!) I am now based in County Wexford. I started Yoga to get back in shape but my reasons for practicing changed very quickly. It has helped me to develop a better relationship with myself, body and mind, which strengthened my relationship with others and my surroundings as well. Yoga helps me to choose happiness. That hasn’t always been easy for me so I am truly thankful.

My aim is to share yoga and it’s tools, giving others the space to see that there is so much more to yoga than the fancy poses we are shown on Instagram. What we practice on the mat, quickly weaves it’s way in to our daily lives ‘off the mat’ so hopefully together we can inject some real, authentic passion in to our commmunity!
