The majority of classes are suitable for mixed level. I believe every ‘body’ can do yoga regardless of age, gender, weight or physical abilities. There are various modifications to suit every level so the movements are very doable. I would advise complete beginners to check out the ‘Back to Basics’ class first before exploring the rest of the timetable.

 Level 2

A progressive class for more advanced students. After attending the beginners course and gaining some experience they can then move to level 2, where they can deepen their practice.

 One to One and Soul to Soul

These personal sessions are for anyone who feels they need some extra guidance. We will figure out what your individual needs are and focus in on these aspects through physical asana, meditation, breath work and other guided practices.

You can chose a regular One to One with focus on Yoga or a Soul to Soul session which offers Yoga plus Reiki or a Card Reading.
